#6 This $48M startup is making cryopreservation hot

The best technology is often the one you don’t think about. The Oura Ring belongs to that category. I am only really reminded of it when I'm at the gym - taking care to protect it from barbells and the like - and when it alerts me that it needs charging.

At its most basic it’s still a device that measures your sleep. But over the years the Finnish company - who also go by the name Oura - has added a ton of other features.

With the latest additions, though, Oura is evolving from a health device to a longevity device. The new features are called Cardiovascular Age (CVA) and Cardio Capacity.
